Leadership for shoe-gazers

I’m sure there’s all kinds of proper thinking and research on this online - please check it out yourself. In Finland, incidentally, an extrovert is someone who looks at the other person’s shoes, not their own. I’ve met a few Finns and this doesn’t stack up but hey.

But my suspicion is that introverts need a small experience that widens the comfort zone and provides a positive feedback loop.

This can be transformative for communication in a small business.
